Welcome to WLYC

The Wolf Lake Yacht Club was founded in 1939, the clubhouse and marina are located on the northeastern shore of Big Wolf Lake, about five miles south of the Village of Grass Lake in eastern Jackson County, Michigan. This family oriented club is open year round with sailing, boating and social activities. The club hosts sailing fleets in the snipe and sunfish classes with scheduled club races on Thursday nights starting at 6:00pm and Sundays starting at noon, May through September. Several class regattas are planned each year and are open to non-members. Social activites throughout the year add to the warm friendly atmosphere at the club.
